Services

Tools, workflows
and training.

We develop custom tools, automate repeated tasks and train teams to use digital tools and artificial intelligence (AI). Start with a project or a task you want to improve.

01 / Custom tools

Turn a recurring task
into a custom tool.

We develop Grasshopper definitions, scripts and browser applications around your project files. Turn a repeated task into a tool your team can use, adapt and maintain.

  • Define the task together and test a prototype on your examples.
  • Build the interface, result checks and connections to the software you already use.
  • Provide documentation, train your team and agree any ongoing support.

02 / Working with AI

Project information
and AI in everyday work.

Connect project documents, notes and existing tools so AI assistants have the information they need. We choose one useful task, test it on your project and agree how to review the results.

  • Organise documents, notes and decisions so the team can find what it needs.
  • Agree what assistants can access and how people will review their work.
  • Test the workflow with your team and show you how to use and update it.

A place to begin

Two-week
practice review

Not sure where to start? Jan reviews a current project with your team and identifies tasks to simplify or automate. Over two weeks, you test one focused pilot together.

  • Week 1: interviews with four to six team members and a written overview of recurring tasks.
  • Week 2: three proposed pilots, followed by a working version of the smallest agreed option.
  • Handover: a team workshop, documentation and a recommendation on what to do next.

Before work begins, we agree the scope, fee, time commitment, team involvement and access in writing. The programme runs over two weeks. Further development and ongoing support are agreed separately.

How the work proceeds

How we work

  1. 01

    Understand the task

We discuss your project and identify a task to work on first.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

Agree the deliverables, checks, responsibilities, fee and boundaries of the work.

  3. 03

    Work on real examples

Build and test using your files, then review the result with the people who will use it.

  4. 04

    Handover and support

Provide documentation and train your team before handover. The proposal sets out any ongoing support.
